Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gauge clients' needs, utilizing standardized testing and clinical interviews to create personalized treatment plans.

  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to clients encompassing individual, group, and family therapy, applying modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches.

  • Collaborate effectively with a team of health professionals to provide comprehensive care, ensuring smooth coordination involving psychiatrists and case managers for medication management and referral processes.

  • Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation strategies and safety planning.

  • Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness, facilitating workshops in local schools and organizations to educate the public about mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client-focused approach serves a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
