• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into clear and actionable specifications.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with technology, operations, and business teams to deliver solutions.
• Review existing workflows and recommend process enhancements.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and business presentations.
• Support project execution and monitor progress against objectives.
• Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses for new initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution validation.
• Maintain organized documentation of business processes and project deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
