Portfolio Manager

Ensuring consistent application of portfolio management standards, the full-time Portfolio Manager will implement governance frameworks, maintain accurate portfolio data, and analyze portfolio demand and capacity while working a hybrid schedule from the Cincinnati, OH office. Key responsibilities Implement governance frameworks to drive consistent portfolio management practices across all IT domains Maintain accurate portfolio data for executive-level reporting and validate dashboards for investment performance and risk visibility Analyze portfolio demand and capacity to identify trends and improvement opportunities while reconciling financial and operational data Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in portfolio, program, or project management within large-scale IT organizations Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights Familiarity with portfolio management tools such as Jira, ADO, and ServiceNow Experience with data analysis and reporting tools like Advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau
