The process may include a criminal record check, and all qualified applicants will be considered. Acriminal record will not automatically disqualify an applicant from employment. All applicants have the right under Massachusetts law, including the right to review the report and the policy for correctingcriminal records if you believe the CORI is inaccurate or incomplete. When interviewed, a CORI request form will submitted for permission to run the check. Any decisions made are consistat with the EOHHSCORI requirements  specified in 101 CMR 15.00We are conractracted vendors that adhere to the standards that our vendors require- from both a state and federal level. We are required by the EOOHHS to run a background CORI on all individuals who may be conditionally hired  for this position.Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and a passing drug testWe understand recreational use THC is legal at the state level in Massachusetts but due to it being illegal federally, we must adhere to the standards of federal contracts.
