Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Insurance Agent at empiriKal Insurance Solutions LLC. The Insurance Agent will identify client needs, recommend appropriate insurance and financial products, and present tailored solutions that support clients’ long-term goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations via phone or video, explaining coverage options, preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also involves following up with existing clients, reviewing policies for gaps or updates, and coordinating with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely issuance and servicing. The Insurance Agent will be expected to meet sales and service objectives while adhering to compliance standards and representing the company’s client-first values.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Insurance Sales with a proven ability to assess client needs and match them with suitable products.
• Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices, including policy structures, underwriting basics, and carrier processes.
• Understanding of Finance and personal financial planning principles related to protection, income security, and retirement.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and relationship building in a remote environment.
• Relevant state insurance licenses (or willingness and ability to obtain them within a defined timeframe).
• Comfort with remote work tools, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms.
• Strong ethical judgment, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services is preferred; a high school diploma is required, and a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
