Job Title Lead HVAC Cleaning Technician – Breathe Clean Air & Energy (Full-time, Labor) Overview We’re a leader in indoor air quality and energy efficiency, offering services in Arizona and Nevada, including Aeroseal air duct sealing, commercial and residential air duct cleaning, and energy assessments. What We Do High‑standard air duct cleaning performed nationwide. Commercial and residential Aeroseal duct sealing to improve system health. Projects ranging from homes to hospitals, government sites, and major facilities. Some travel required for larger commercial projects across the region. Responsibilities Perform industry‑leading air duct cleaning and Aeroseal sealing. Inspect, test, and document each project’s work. Communicate with customers and provide professional service. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle for safe operations. Attend training and certification courses as required. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to pass background checks for secure/DOD sites. Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work independently. Strong customer service and communication skills. Willingness to travel as required.
