Job Title: Business Data Analyst 1

Job Type: Temporary Assignment

Job Description:

• Support Data Management activities to structure and migrate historical data into current solutions; coordinate Project Management related activities
• Leverage AI capabilities to manage and automate routine tasks
• Support database administration and development activities and the development of training modules to educate users on the tools and processes; data and document migrations as needed
• Assist in auditing data in various tools as appropriate to ensure that information is updated in a timely manner
• Support the maintenance of functional metrics, KPIs, reporting, and dashboarding to track performance and provide information to stakeholders
• Design and implement solutions using Smartsheet, PowerBI, MS Forms, etc.

Skills:

• Three years of work experience in workflow design, database management, data structures, or similar experience desired
• Strong capabilities in the interpretation and communication of business requirements and information into technical requirements and data, and the ability to provide input on design and implementation of tools and processes in one or more specialization areas
• Experience with databases (particularly Salesforce or Veeva Vault), dashboarding and reporting tools (Tableau or PowerBI), or project management software such as Planisware desired
• Advanced use of Excel, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint desired
• Intermediate to advanced use of Smartsheet desired
• Experience working in an Agile environment is strongly desired
• Demonstrated ability to successfully participate on cross functional, cross-cultural teams
• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese would be a plus

Education:

• B.S. in business administration, computer science, or a relevant biological field (e.g., molecular biology, biochemistry, toxicology, entomology, plant breeding, etc.), or 8 years relevant experience
