We are currently seeking skilled Apartment Maintenance Technicians to join our team for temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities, offering weekly pay.
Position Overview:
As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for keeping Apartment Communities in excellent condition. You’ll perform a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks, including:
* Make Readies / Apartment Turns
* Plumbing
* Electrical
* Drywall
* Painting
* Appliances
* Technician should be courteous to residents and provide realistic expectations for completed service requests/work orders
Requirements :
* At least 6 months+ Maintenance Experience in Residential, Apartments, Hotels or Private Homes
* General knowledge of ALL aspects of maintenance repair, drywall repair plumbing, electrical, and all appliance care
* Must have personal hand tools and drill - bring to site daily; do not leave at property
* Must have reliable transportation
* Ability to communicate well
* High attention to detail
* Clear communication and ability to follow directions
* Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
* HVAC certification is a PLUS!
