About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Health Care to provide executive leadership and strategic direction for its integrated healthcare services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, management, and day-to-day operations of various integrated healthcare programs, including behavioral health, physical health, and vocational services. This role involves close partnership with executive and clinical leaders, as well as external stakeholders, to enhance the quality, efficiency, and outcomes of patient care. The VP will also be instrumental in fostering a culture of integrated healthcare, overseeing staff, and ensuring the effective delivery of services. Applicants for the VP of Health Care position at the company should hold a Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field, MSN, or MD/DO with significant behavioral health clinical and leadership experience. A current independent professional license in a related discipline is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of progressive senior leadership or executive management experience in healthcare or behavioral healthcare, with a proven track record in strategic planning, program development, quality improvement, and organizational leadership. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, serving as a strategic advisor on integrated healthcare, and building relationships with various healthcare partners.
