Our WB Foundation regularly contributes to charities supported by our employees and friends of the month, and we provide regular volunteer support to several not-for-profit organizations throughout the year.What you will do…Develop effective working relationships with clients and firm associatesLead and provide oversight for the planning and risk assessment, design and execution of audit procedures, and issuance of financial statements that are in compliance with GAAPEffectively delegate responsibility by providing clear expectations and instructions, along with appropriate training and monitoringTimely review workpapers, providing appropriate on-the-job training and coachingDeliver strong quality control by ensuring compliance with internal audit methodologies and external requirementsCoach and develop associates and seniorsParticipates in training and developmental opportunitiesWhat you bring…Required: CPARequired: 5+ years of public accounting experienceAdvanced knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, financial statements disclosures, and generally accepted auditing standards required.Experience working with clients in a variety of industries including but not limited to manufacturing, construction, hospitality, professional services, NFP, real estate, employee benefit plans, etc.Prior experience managing audit engagementsStrong analytical, technical research, and project management skillsStrong character traits of integrity, objectivity and a high standard of ethics
