Controller

Growing organization is seeking a Business Unit Controller to lead accounting operations, month-end close, consolidations, financial reporting, and internal controls for a complex multi-entity business unit.

This is a highly visible leadership role partnering directly with executive finance leadership and operations teams.

Highlights:

• Compensation around $140K–$150K + bonus + relocation assistance available

• Leadership opportunity managing accounting and AP teams

• Exposure to executive leadership and future IPO environment

• Strong mix of strategic oversight and hands-on operational accounting

Looking for candidates with:

• CPA or CMA preferred

• Strong experience with consolidations, month-end close, and financial reporting

• Background in multi-entity or complex operational environments

• Experience with ERP/reporting systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, Workday, or similar

• 8+ years of accounting/finance experience with leadership responsibilities

Relocation to LA will likely be required.
