Sandwich Artist Job Summary

We are looking for a Sandwich Artist to join our team. You will make sandwiches, soups, salads and deserts for both in-store and delivery orders, but you should feel comfortable answering the phone or taking payment at the cash register when needed. Kitchen experience is a major plus, since you will be responsible for preparing sandwich ingredients and properly storing items at the end of your shift. You will also greet guests and answer any questions they may have about our sandwich menu. Our ideal applicant is a lover of sandwiches, with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills!

Sandwich Artist Duties and Responsibilities

• Make sandwiches for in-store and delivery orders
• Greet guests and answer menu questions
• Prep food items at beginning of shift
• Properly store food items at end of shift
• Keep a clean and safe work area
• Assist on the phone and cash register as needed
• Candidates will also perform lite cleaning duties and stocking and restocking duties

Sandwich Artist Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
• Current Food Handler's Permit, or ability to obtain one
• Kitchen experience strongly preferred
• Ability to stand throughout entire shift (8 hours)
• Customer service skills/Customer service is our trademark
• Communication skills/with Customers and Team members
