Shift Details

This position requires a night shift with a 3x12-hour schedule from 19:00 to 07:00.

Requirements

Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years required
Epic Experience: Required
Weekend Requirements: As needed by the unit
Certifications Required:
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
Pediatric Experience: Required
Floating Requirements: Clinician will float within scope as needed to meet facility requirements, including acute care or sitter roles.

Unit Details

Pediatric Specialties: Must have experience in care for pediatric patients.
Daily Patient Census: 12
Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
Patient Ratios: 3:1 during the day, 4:1 during the night
Types of Procedures: All surgical units including orthopedic, general, ENT, head/neck, spine, and urology.
Unit Specific Equipment: In-room lifts and Sara Steady

Skills Required

BiPAP/CPAP Management
Blood Product Administration
Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI)
IV Insulin Protocols
Surgical drains and postoperative care
Starting and maintaining IVs
Non-invasive airway management
Total joint replacement and TURP procedures

This position is located in a facility in City, State .

Additional Information

Previous charge experience is preferred.
Additional training modules will be completed during orientation.
Annual renewal of certification modules is required.
