Key responsibilities: Respond to online inquiries and incoming calls related to prescription refills Collaborate with physicians and care teams to facilitate patient care coordination Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the healthcare experience for patients and referring providers Required qualifications: High School diploma or GED CPR-Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association 3+ years of experience in a medical office or customer service environment Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent training Typing speed of 25+ words per minute
