Medical Science Liaison, Cell Therapy Autoimmune (CTAI) — Field (NC, MD, WV, VA, DC) Role Summary Field-based MSL extension of US Medical Affairs; develop relationships with medical thought leaders, provide fair-balanced scientific exchange, and deliver clinical/scientific support for CTAI products. Travel >50%. Responsibilities Identify, establish, and maintain scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) Serve as primary liaison to investigators for investigator-initiated research Develop and execute geography-specific Field Medical and KOL interaction plans Partner with other MSL teams to achieve CTAI objectives with rheumatologists and hematologists Support patient education as SME on BMS pipeline and investigational therapies Provide clinical presentations and respond to unsolicited questions in group/1:1 settings Collaborate with clinical R&D to improve patient enrollment in BMS-sponsored trials (trial site ID; investigator engagement) Provide scientific support at national/regional/local medical meetings Capture and share timely insights on cell therapy/autoimmune landscape for strategy development Qualifications / Required Skills Terminal degree in medical science (PA-C, DNP, PharmD, MD, or PhD) 3–5 years clinical/research experience in cell therapy or autoimmune disease OR 3–5 years as MSL in these areas Strongly preferred: cell therapy or rheumatology experience Independent and cross-functional teamwork; relationships with medical community Working knowledge of US legal/regulatory/compliance for HCP interactions Excellent communication, presentation, and time management; ability to translate data for physicians Compensation & Benefits (high level) $168,220–$203,837 (field; US, FTE) Health coverage; wellbeing support; financial protection (401(k), disability, life, etc.) Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
