What You’ll Do

As a Front of House team member, you’ll be the face of Bistro South, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and serving guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly.
- Assisting with table settings and ensuring the dining area is clean and inviting.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
