Position Summary The Women's Center & Economic Mobility Manager provides day-to-day leadership and management of the Women's Center, overseeing program operations, staff, participant services, workforce and economic mobility initiatives, partnerships, and program outcomes. The Manager leads the development and delivery of programming that connects women to immediate resources, trauma informed and healing centered case management, skill building and supportive services while creating pathways to employment, education, training, career advancement, and greater economic stability. This position provides staff supervision and direct participant services as needed and works closely with the FRC/Women's Center Director to ensure high-quality, coordinated, participant-centered services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Program Management & Operations Manage day-to-day Women's Center programs, services, activities, workshops, cohorts, and events. Develop and implement programming that supports participant engagement, stabilization, skill development, community connection, and economic mobility. Ensure services are participant-centered, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based, to promote healing and resilience for personal empowerment and independent living. Establish and maintain effective workflows for participant engagement, referrals, service coordination, and follow-up. Coordinate Women's Center services across basic needs, case management, workforce development, wellness, education, and other supportive services. Monitor program participation, service utilization, participant feedback, and outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement. Support the development and implementation of new programming in response to participant needs and available resources. Monitor program goals, deliverables, participation, and outcomes. Ensure timely and accurate program documentation and data collection. Use program data and participant feedback to identify trends, service gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Support preparation of funder reports, program narratives, performance updates, and other required documentation. Support budget monitoring and responsible use of program resources. Ensure program activities align with contractual requirements, organizational policies, and established procedures. Work with the FRC/Women's Center Director to support program planning, quality improvement, and continued development of Women's Center services. Workforce Development & Economic Mobility Lead the development and implementation of workforce and economic mobility programming for Women's Center participants. Provide direct workforce development and career-navigation services as needed, including career assessment, employment planning, job-readiness coaching, resume and interview support, and connection to employment and training opportunities. Develop pathways connecting participants to employment, vocational training, education, credentialing, career advancement, and other economic opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with employers, workforce organizations, educational institutions, training providers, and community partners. Coordinate career-readiness workshops, hiring opportunities, employer engagement activities, training connections, and other workforce programming. Identify and address barriers to employment and economic stability through coordinated referrals and supportive services. Monitor workforce participation and outcomes, including training, employment connections, placement, and retention. Participant Services & Service Coordination Provide direct participant support and service navigation as needed. Support participants in identifying goals, resources, and appropriate internal and external services. Coordinate with case management and other service providers to address barriers related to housing, benefits, healthcare, behavioral health, childcare, transportation, safety, and other stabilization needs. Promote coordinated service planning that connects immediate needs with longer-term employment, education, and economic mobility goals. Maintain appropriate professional boundaries, confidentiality, documentation, and participant-centered practices. Partnerships & Community Engagement Develop and maintain partnerships that expand resources, services, employment opportunities, and economic mobility pathways for participants. Coordinate employers, training providers, educational partners, community organizations, and external facilitators. Represent the Women's Center in relevant community meetings, collaboratives, workforce networks, and partnership activities. Identify new partnerships and resources based on participant needs and emerging opportunities. Collaborate with internal programs to strengthen referrals and coordinated service delivery. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, public administration, nonprofit management, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered. Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in human services, workforce development, community-based programming, or related services. Experience managing or coordinating programs serving women and/or individuals experiencing economic insecurity, housing instability, or other barriers to stability. Experience developing or delivering workforce development, employment, education, training, career-readiness, or economic mobility services. Demonstrated experience supervising high functioning teams. Experience developing community, employer, workforce, or educational partnerships. Strong program planning, facilitation, organizational, and project-management skills. Ability to provide direct participant services while managing broader program responsibilities. Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Experience using program data and performance measures to monitor and strengthen services. Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, strengths-based, and participant-centered practices. Finger dexterity and the ability to use all standard office equipment. Sit or stand comfortably; and the ability to navigate throughout office spaces (via elevator or stairs). $80,000 - $85,000 a year This is a fulltime (40 hour/week), Exempt position.
