The Program / Engagement Technical Director - Data & AI is a senior, client-facing leadership role responsible for shaping, delivering, and governing complex data and analytics engagements. This role combines deep hands-on expertise across the data and AI lifecycle with strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities , ensuring solutions align with business outcomes, architectural best practices, and long-term scalability.

• 12+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data architecture roles
• Proven experience leading client-facing data and analytics programs
• Strong hands-on understanding of data architecture patterns and the end-to-end data lifecycle
• Ability to clearly articulate data architecture, data modeling, and AI enablement concepts to business and technical audiences
• Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management and executive-level communication
• Experience delivering cloud-based data platforms at enterprise scale
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Experience integrating AI and advanced analytics into enterprise data platforms
• Familiarity with semantic layers, natural language analytics, or knowledge graph approaches
• Product-oriented mindset with focus on business outcomes and value realization

• Commercial real estate or related industry exposure (preferred, not required)
• Experience designing or scaling data practices and engagement models
