Job Function:

• 70-bed inpatient unit staffed by 7 psychiatrists, resulting in a manageable 10-bed patient load.
• Strong support structure: each psychiatrist works with a resident and a dedicated social worker, with only ~2 patients managed solo.
• Schedule: 8:00-4:00 or 8:30-4:30, predictable and well-balanced.
• Highly team-oriented culture with robust clinical resources and ample support across the unit.

• BE/BC in Psychiatry.
• NY State License (or eligibility).
• Strong interest in team-based inpatient psychiatry.
