Job Duties:

• Greeting patients, and answering incoming calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Check in patients into the office
• Collecting payments from patients, and entering them into the system
• Scanning and emailing patient orders, and faxing medical correspondence
• Checking in new patients into the system
• Communicating with the front office team about patient history, demographics, etc.
• Entering patient demographics into the medical record using an EMR system
• Collecting medical history and entering the information into the EMR system
• Other duties as assigned by management
