Monday through Friday, fully in-office environment in Indianapolis with a business casual culture Key Responsibilities For The HR Manager Lead all human resources functions including employee relations, onboarding, recruiting, performance management, policy administration, and compliance. Build and improve HR processes, procedures, and programs that support organizational growth and employee engagement. Manage full-cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on skilled manufacturing and shop-floor talent. Oversee benefits administration, annual renewals, open enrollment, and employee communications. Serve as a trusted business partner to leadership, providing guidance on workforce planning, employee development, and organizational initiatives. Qualifications For The HR Manager 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or similar environments Proven ability to lead projects from conception through implementation while driving process improvements and organizational change. Strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization. SHRM certification and/or a bachelor's degree are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
