Qualifications: • Successful candidates will need strong analytical, communication, and observational skills • Previous experience working with patients in a healthcare environment is highly desired • Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) is required for this position • Current state licensure in the state you practice • We require a bachelor’s degree and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Requirements Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).Licensed or license-eligible in New Jersey.Passion for excellence, teamwork, and lifelong learning.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ownership mindset—treat TRPT as your own career.Desire to be mentored, challenged, and supported in equal measure. Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 yearly
