A well-respected Personal Injury law firm seeks a Personal Injury / Workers' Compensation Paralegal to join their Columbia team!
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 to 4 years of experience with SC Personal Injury case management (Legal Assistants AND defense litigation paralegals are encouraged to apply)
- Bilingual Spanish
- 1 to 3 years of SC Workers' Compensation case management
- Litigation/Trial experience is a PLUS but not required
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with case management software
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Type 50+wpm & Microsoft Office proficiency
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent computer skills
- Solid work history
- Daily contact with clients
- Handle case load of 80+ plaintiff's cases
- Bilingual Spanish
- Type legal correspondence
- Collect medical records & bills
- Set up claims
- Draft Briefs, demands, all case related documents
- Case management software
Pays 100% of Health Insurance paid and bonuses
