Exceptional guidance and support from our managers Collaborative culture & environment Robust training opportunities with company reimbursement upon achieving required licensing Apprenticeship programs for fire sprinkler, fire alarm and inspection positions Opportunity to work alongside some of the best talent in the fire protection industry This is a working supervisory position. 70% of the time is spent out in the field supervising projects, and 30% of time is spent in the office performing administrative duties, ordering parts/materials and handling scheduling. Protecting all company assets, including company vehicles, equipment, and business relationships. Job Responsibilities: Meet with project manager, construction manager, and district general manager regularly to prepare and review project billing. Attending all prevalent company & department meetings. Maintain and coordinate multiple work crews on multiple jobsites. Monitor and manage the flow and cost of materials as necessary to maintain the project schedule and budget. Review EE timesheets & work orders for accuracy and timely weekly turn in. Coordinate all material, plans and information for lead technician per project prior to start up. Familiarize yourself with all job site general contractors & superintendents per project. Track all labor hours per project. Manage all contract changes to include labor and material costs. Scheduling of all inspections, providing as-build drawings & assisting with permitting in call capacities needed. Coordinate allocation of project specific tools, maintain tool inventory and service tools in a timely manner. Parts staging for each project. Job Requirements: Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience. Fire Sprinkler Experience. Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
