At Knight Family Chiropractic, we believe an exceptional patient experience begins the moment someone calls our office or walks through our doors. Our Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant plays a huge role in creating that experience.

We are looking for someone who can make a patient feel like family while also keeping track of the many details that keep a busy clinic running smoothly. You should enjoy interacting with people, solving problems, staying organized, and taking ownership of your responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Creating a warm and welcoming experience for every patient
• Greeting and checking in patients
• Answering incoming phone calls with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments
• Making outgoing patient calls and following up as needed
• Collecting payments and accurately handling financial transactions
• Explaining insurance benefits and helping patients understand their coverage
• Entering patient information and maintaining accurate records
• Email and other patient correspondence
• Filing and maintaining organized documentation
• Coordinating patient care with other medical facilities and insurance companies
• Identifying and following up on details that need attention
• Helping the clinic stay organized, efficient and running smoothly

Our team members are cross-trained so we can support one another and provide the best possible experience for our patients. Because of this, you may also have the opportunity to work directly with patients by assisting with therapies and rehabilitation.
