RN Nurse Manager, Labor and Delivery – Providence Saint John's Health Center, Santa Monica, CA Full‑time leadership position in a Magnet‑designated hospital. Supervises a team of clinicians in a fast‑paced unit that delivers over 2,200 babies annually. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, supervising staff, managing resources, reporting, and ensuring high‑quality patient care. Responsibilities Provide leadership, plan, organize, and supervise personnel. Manage, report on, and provide resources for the Labor and Delivery unit. Ensure compliance with the State of California Nurse Practice Act and organizational goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. California Registered Nurse license upon hire. National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire. At least 4 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an acute care setting. Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing. Benefits $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires.
