Our office, Carolina Mountain Endodontics – Hendersonville, is seeking a talented Dental Assistant to join our busy specialty practice and help provide a world‑class experience to every patient. Your Responsibilities Welcome patients to the dental office Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies Sterilize instruments according to regulations Assist the dentist through 4‑handed dentistry Provide oral hygiene and post‑operative care instructions Keep the dental room clean and well‑stocked Schedule appointments and post‑op visits Maintain accurate patient records Assist with payment procedures Occasional travel to support our Clyde office Your Background You are a resourceful dental assistant who loves helping patients experience care and assists the dentist in providing it. You are excited by the prospect of patients leaving our office healthier and happier each day and you are kind, passionate, collaborative, and proactive in adjusting to shifting priorities.
