Job Title: Inside Sales Administrator (Contract)

We are seeking a motivated and organized  Inside Sales Administrator to join a team on a contract basis. This role provides administrative and sales support to the sales team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Manage and maintain purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide sales support.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
• Maintain CRM records, sales documentation, and purchase order records.
• Follow up on customer requests and assist with general sales administration.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in sales administration, purchasing, or customer service.
• Experience managing purchase orders and order processing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude.

This is a  contract position with the potential for future opportunities based on business needs and performance.
