Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations involving patients, visitors, staff, and hospital operations. Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening, directions, and adherence to site-specific access procedures. Document incidents, observations, and unusual activity according to site-specific reporting procedures. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be willing to receive required hospital vaccinations. Be able to work in a hospital morgue. Be able to restrain individuals. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
