What You'll Do Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products; collaborate with cross‑functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service; be flexible to the needs of the business; work in other areas; track goods; maintain in‑stock levels; control shrinkage in a timely manner. Understand processes and specifications related to produce quality; prepare (trim, crisp, package, scale) products according to established standards; maintain product safety and follow company sanitation guidelines; adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Drive the performance of the area; use digital tools; employ perpetual inventory management techniques to stock and rotate department products; ensure quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and attend to customer needs; assist customers according to company policies and procedures. Advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience; model high‑quality service and products; execute the basics at the highest possible level of quality; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and information; recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; adapt and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.
