Virtual Regional Reimbursement Manager

Updated: Today Location: Salt Lake City, UT, United States Job ID: 16192-OTHLOC-CDywYfwp The Regional Reimbursement Manager is responsible for the execution of the reimbursement strategy with the goal of ensuring optimal access for specific products in partnership with our client. This role leads and manages activities of Virtual Reimbursement Managers within a regional footprint, guiding the team to achieve client goals, meet regional metrics and service level requirements, and maintain compliance and fiscal responsibility. The Regional Reimbursement Manager also participates in client, national, regional, and local strategic meetings and leads meetings with their respective team. Responsibilities Hire, motivate and coach virtual reimbursement team to meet goals and objectives, influencing compliant behavior. Lead virtual reimbursement team to ensure goals are met to support product access within targeted accounts. Work with Virtual Reimbursement Managers on a consistent basis, evaluating coaching and directing local business plans and presentations. Attract, coach, and retain individuals who will ensure high level performance. Develop plans that effectively translate regional and national strategy. Work with Leadership to define and establish appropriate behaviors and actions that will lead to high levels of client satisfaction. Qualifications BS/BA Degree required. 5+ years of experience in Reimbursement. 3+ years of management experience. Experience working with a patient call center. Proven experience with payor access and coverage issues; in-depth knowledge of prior authorization processes and patient access support services across specialty and primary care. Understanding of commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans, especially within the assigned geographic area. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $155,000 to $165,000. Salary will vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency. Some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and individual performance.
