In this Sales Associate role, reporting to the Store Manager, you will grow brand awareness, develop a strong business, and lead a team focused on client experience. Responsibilities The Sales Associate assists with store goal achievement and maintains personal sales targets by providing excellent customer service and representing Diesel’s brand values. Maintain a thorough understanding of company history, customer service, product knowledge, and policies and procedures. Deliver top individual performance in line with Diesel customer service, visual merchandising, and merchandising guidelines and standards. Perform all omni‑channel service and initiatives. Qualifications Brand ambassador passionate about premium denim and Diesel culture. Able to embrace change and keep up with retail industry innovation. Fashion enthusiast recognized by peers for industry trend and product knowledge. Customer‑centric and excels at building client relationships, delivering world‑class experience.
