About the Role Plan, organize, control, and direct the work of employees in the Hotel’s All‑Day or Fine Dining Restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction. Essential Functions Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees to ensure standards are met and daily activities are planned. Be visible in operations, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle guest complaints or special requests. Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods in an elegantly appointed environment. Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory/cash control. Attend operational meetings to coordinate between departments. Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment, recommending corrections and improvements. Comply with Four Seasons’ work rules and conduct standards. Work harmoniously with co‑workers and supervisors. Non‑essential Functions Assist in serving food to guests. Assist in making reservations and seating guests. Assist with cleaning operational areas. What You Bring College degree in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience (required). One to two years of line, supervisory, or assistant manager experience in Food & Beverage. Knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons standards and SOPs (learned on‑the‑job). Ability to use computer equipment and food & beverage systems.
