Operator I - Job Summary (Temecula, CA)

Job Title: Operator I
Location: Temecula, CA (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Shift: Multiple Shifts

Experience Required

• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience (medical device manufacturing preferred).
• No warehouse-only, forklift, material handler, or Amazon experience unless they also have manufacturing experience.
• Stable work history (avoid frequent job changes/short tenures).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing and assembly operations following work instructions.
• Use microscopes to inspect and assemble small components.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Read and interpret written instructions and production documents.
• Use hand tools to assemble and inspect products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Required Skills

• Comfortable working under a microscope.
• Good English communication (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding training).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 10 hours .
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs .
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, crawl, stoop, push, and pull.
• Must pass an eye exam and color vision test .
• Good close, distance, depth, and color vision.
