We work in the principles of (ABA), Social Skills, (DTT), (PRT), Verbal Behavior, and PECS in the Santa Clarita area. How you will help contribute to our team and make a difference in the world and the lives of others: Collaborate with our BCBAs to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, primarily in home and school settings, with some clinic and telehealth settings. Work within our therapists’ standards to provide kind, compassionate and ethical care, while being recognized as an individual within our family of teammates. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Must have a Master’s Degree, in Psychology, Education, Social Work or related human services field Have at least (2) years of experience supporting individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities, and be a considerate individual who understands the importance of clinical consistency within the ABA population Ability to clear FBI, DOJ, and TB testing Have access to reliable transportation, and ability to provide automobile insurance and a valid driver’s license Vaccination for COVID-19 - some schools/organizations we work with may require COVID vaccination for direct support Certifications highly valued Physical Requirements Due to the active and physical nature of this position, the candidate must be able to stand, sit, lift at least 30 pounds, bend, kneel, twist, run, and speak articulately in order to effectively perform in this position.
