Job Summary:
Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Neuro and Cardiac Intensive Care Units (ICU) in Naperville, Illinois. This full-time position involves providing high-acuity critical care in a facility that requires candidates to demonstrate expertise in stroke patient management, advanced heart failure, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), balloon pumps, Swans-Ganz catheter management, and surgical recovery. The role supports a rotating holiday schedule and every-other weekend shift, with a start date within two weeks of offer.

Job Details:

• Shift: 12-hour days
• Hours Per Week: 36 hours minimum
• Required Qualifications: RN license active in Illinois; minimum of 5 years of critical care experience in ICU settings, specifically high-acuity Cardiac surgery or Neuro ICU; experience with EVDSs, neuro and cardiac patients; certifications: ACLS, NIHSS, BLS; must provide a current high-acuity ICU reference.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with stroke certification, advanced heart failure management, and critical care procedures such as CRRT, balloon pumps, and Swan-Ganz catheter management.
• Schedule: Days shift, rotating holidays, every other weekend.
• Additional Information: Candidates should be prepared to participate in a phone screening followed by an in-person interview. Credentials are due on the Thursday before the start date.
