Associate Program Director Internal Medicine Residency Program, South Pointe

Position Overview The Department of General Internal Medicine & Geriatrics at Cleveland Clinic is seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine Clinician Educator to serve as Associate Program Director (APD) in our Osteopathically Recognized Internal Medicine Residency Program at South Pointe Hospital. Responsibilities Coordinate ambulatory experiences and resident scheduling to ensure efficient workflows and quality care. Integrate osteopathic principles and manipulative treatment into training and curriculum. Continuously evaluate and enhance the ambulatory curriculum in alignment with accreditation standards. Lead resident education, mentorship, and wellness initiatives. Support program administration, including accreditation, recruitment, evaluation, and strategic planning. Participate in inpatient teaching service, outpatient precepting, and private patient clinics in Primary care. Provide teaching opportunities for medical students and Advanced Practice Practitioner students.
