Speech Language Pathologist in Monument, CO

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Experience or training in a school-based setting, especially supporting K-12 students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with families, teachers, and specialists
• Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Ability to adjust strategies to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic evaluations, develop individualized therapy plans, and deliver direct/indirect speech-language services for K-12 students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special educators, psychologists, and classroom teachers
• Participate in IEP meetings, offer recommendations, and contribute to student goal setting
• Track and document student progress in compliance with school and state requirements
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to foster at-home skill generalization

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract position with one opening available. The support you'll provide is essential in helping students realize their full academic and social potential, all within a structured and supportive school setting.
