Conduct combined Life Profile and skilled assessments as a licensed medical professional for follow‑up visits. Utilize WellSky for personal care documentation, plus access to our SHNU and SHWM accounts for scheduling, uploading client documents, and creating/editing care plans. Familiarize yourself with specialized training like Senior Gems for dementia care to enhance client support.
