Job Title: Resource Pool RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years preferred; will consider 1 year on a case-by-case basis License: Must have prior to start; pending licenses accepted Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Must be able to pass arrhythmia and medication tests on the first day of orientation Description: Position/Specialty: MS/Tele Resource Pool Must provide either 2 on-call shifts or 2 additional shifts every 6 weeks. Start date: 7/6/2026 Patient Ratios: 1:6 First-timers are accepted. Weekend requirements: As needed. On-call requirements: Yes; 2 on-call or 2 additional shifts per 6 weeks. Clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs. There is no accommodation for block scheduling. Areas outside of a specified radius may not be accepted. All requested time off must be included in the initial submission. Attendance policy: More than two missed shifts per 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review for cancellation. Skills required: - BiPAP/CPAP management - Blood product administration - Chest tubes management - Care and management of feeding tubes - Understanding and management of Heparin protocols - Management of High Flow Nasal Cannula - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Isolation precautions and PPE - Management of cardiac drips without titration - Telemetry and remote monitoring - Tracheostomy care - Non-invasive airway management - Other essential nursing skills in MS/Tele environments. Required tests during the orientation include Cardiac Dysrhythmia and Moderate Sedation tests. Compliance documents must be submitted prior to the scheduled start. Modules are not required for this position.
