Office Assistant

One of my clients, a property management company in Boston, is looking for an Office Assistant.
This role is onsite, M-F, 7am-3:30pm
Comp in the $20-22/hr range with performance based bonus at the end of the year
A car is required as well as bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
Position highlights:
- Greet visitors, contractors, vendors, etc.
- Screen/redirect calls and take messages.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages for shipment.
- Prepare and send out correspondence, letters, and documents, both electronically and via traditional mail.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for documents, reports, and other records.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining electronic and physical records.
- Keep the office area well-organized, including maintaining fax, printer, and copier stations with paper and ink.
- Monitor office supply levels and reorder as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Design and create badges for employees to use for punching in and out of their shifts or work hours.
- Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events as required.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- 1+ years of Administrative experience preferred
- Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Time management and organizational skills
