Emergency Technician Full Time Night

Emergency technician at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center Burbank, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 12-hour Night shifts. Under the general supervision of the Emergency Department Nurse Manager, Supervisor, or Patient Care Provider, performs basic emergency medical/trauma procedures and patient care as directed. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age specific patient population (e.g., infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics), and participates in related continuing education. • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: California Emergency Medical Technician License or,
• Upon hire: California Emergency Medical Technician Advanced License or,
• Upon hire: California Paramedic License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 1 year patient care or clinical experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
