Travel Er Charge Nurse

Travel ER charge nurse for a 13-week assignment in Bozeman, MT. Provide expert bedside care, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate patient care across the emergency department. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert bedside nursing care to ER patients, ensuring prompt assessment and treatment.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring adherence to facility protocols and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Execute emergency protocols efficiently and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Relevant nursing degree or diploma recognized in Montana
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• At least 2 years of ER experience
• Supervisory experience
• Strong Med/Surg and LTC experience
• Professional demeanor
• Team-oriented attitude
• Ability to follow facility protocols and procedures

Preferred Skills:

• CAH experience
