Associate Customer Relationship Executive

Role & responsibilities Role Summary: The Associate Customer Relationship Executive (ACRE) will support the Customer Success team in handling day-to-day client requests, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining smooth communication with schools. 2 shifts - 7am to 4pm (Morning Shit) & 1pm to 10pm (Evening Shift). Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for routine client queries (emails, calls, WhatsApp, etc.) Handle day-to-day requests from schools such as: Data updates and corrections Report-related clarifications Status updates and follow-ups Coordinate with the Operations team for requests requiring data intervention Track and manage incoming requests to ensure timely resolution Maintain proper records of client interactions and requests Support Customer Relationship Executives in: Client follow-ups Delivery tracking Issue resolution Ensure all communication is professional, clear, and aligned with company standards Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the respective Customer Relationship Executive Assist during peak delivery periods with high-volume request handling Key Skills & Competencies Good written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of client servicing/customer support Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency Strong coordination and follow-up skills Attention to detail Time management and ability to prioritize tasks Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
