In-Home Services Lead Direct Support ProfessionalMeridian Services offers person-centered supports and cares to individuals with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities across a diverse range of settings. These include Residential Services, In-Home Services, and Case Management Services. Today, we have 30 group homes, 150 In-Home person served, and over 100 Case Managers across the state of Minnesota. Our mission is to provide services of the finest quality so that those we serve will be able to achieve their goals!Location: Areas across Central MN (including but not limited to the following cities: Buffalo, Maple Lake, Elk River, Big Lake, Anoka, Andover, Champlin, Maple Grove, Fridley, Blaine, Spring Lake Park, Plymouth)Schedule: Monday-Friday with availability between the hours of 8:00AM and 8:00PM based on the needs of those we serve. Occasional weekend scheduling possible based on the needs of the Program.Wage: $20 per hour including Full Time benefitsJob Summary:As a lead direct support professional, you will be a part of helping people work on outcomes/goals to gain independence and lifelong skills. Our ideal candidate must have experience working with intellectual disabilities, experience with person centered programming and experience with verbal and physical aggression. This position will be responsible for 40 hours of direct care per week. In addition to direct care, this position will also assist in training new staff, coverage during management absence, and help with emergency client situations.Essential Job Duties:Work on tailored outcomes with each person we support.
