The posted compensation range of $20.13 - $34.03/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As our Certified Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the complex and personalized medication needs of patients.

Every day, you will meticulously process and dispense specialty medication prescriptions, including sterile compounding, along with managing inventory and performing crucial administrative and financial tasks. You'll expertly communicate with patients regarding their therapy, dosage, and delivery schedules, and assist pharmacists with patient follow-up and clinical documentation.

To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional organizational skills, a strong ability to navigate complex insurance and patient support programs, and an unwavering commitment to patient advocacy.

Under the supervision of a pharmacist, technicians are accountable for:

• Preparing and dispensing prescribed medications for patients.
• Performing compounding of intravenous medications.
• Assisting in managing inventory.
• Performing charging and crediting functions for medications associated with drug distribution processes.
• Performing routine clerical/administrative tasks.

Located in Lakewood, Colorado, St. Anthony Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center where we provide a full range of medical specialties and health care services to Denver and the surrounding region through our state-of-the-art medical campus and home base for Flight For Life Colorado.
