Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager Lead a team to deliver high-quality food and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities Model operational standards and execute critical behaviors to run great shifts. Motivate and manage team members to provide the highest level of hospitality. Demonstrate leadership with coaching and achieving excellence. Foster team engagement through recognition and communication. Ensure compliance with sanitation, food and restaurant safety regulations. Train staff on restaurant operations. Deliver exceptional guest experiences. Execute shift planning, scheduling, training, daily routines, and opening/closing. Manage cash handling and critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and labor. Job Qualifications 1-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. Working knowledge of operations, recruiting, scheduling, food planning & preparation, sanitation, food quality, and security. Strong leadership, coaching, and drive for excellence. Understanding of P&L and restaurant operations. Pass required certified sanitation and responsible alcohol vending courses. Excellent communication skills. Ability to read, speak, and understand English. High school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility to work 50+ hour weeks, rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).
