Advanced Practitioner, Full-Time - Hybrid/Jenkintown, PA VIVO Infusion is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant to join our team in Jenkintown, PA. This hybrid role offers a flexible work environment with a few days in the Jenkintown clinic and the opportunity to work from home. Responsibilities Oversee infusion care provided by nurses in physician-based ambulatory infusion centers in Jenkintown and Center City, PA via telehealth as needed. Create and maintain individualized care plans for all patients referred to the center, ensuring safe and effective care during infusion procedures. Serve as the primary clinical liaison between the referring physician’s office and the infusion center, providing critical support to the team and evaluating patients’ needs throughout the treatment process. Deliver compassionate care in accordance with State and Federal regulations, company policies and guidelines, within your scope of practice. Review and evaluate clinical information, admit appropriate patients for infusion, evaluate new referrals, monitor plans of care, and document in the electronic medical record. Qualifications Must have a current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant in the state in which service is provided. Must have current DEA license. Rheumatology and/or infusion experience preferred, but not required. 1-3 years in a clinic setting preferred. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer service skills. Intermediate computer skills (MS Office). Strong time management skills and ability to work independently; ability to work collaboratively with professional ethics and regulatory compliance practices.
