We are seeking Bilingual Document Processing Administrators (Spanish/English) . This role is ideal for detail oriented professionals who thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy working with data and documentation.

The Document Processing Administrator will be responsible for processing CoverVA Medicaid applications and renewals by entering and updating information in the state system while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update Medicaid application and renewal information into state systems
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy
• Meet daily production and performance goals
• Maintain a high level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Handle confidential information in compliance with program requirements
• Follow established processes and quality standards

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of related professional experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, production driven environment

Training Requirements

Training attendance is mandatory. Candidates must be available for the entire training period with 100% attendance . No time off requests, late arrivals, early departures, or prescheduled appointments will be permitted during training. Missed training time may result in termination.
