The IT Associate serves as the primary on-site technology resource for Dudley Ventures (DV), a subsidiary of Valley Bancorp, working in partnership with Valley IT to support the organization's technology needs. This position is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and supporting IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user technology to ensure reliable and secure operations. Job duties include providing hands‑on technical support, facilitating the effective delivery of network, hardware, software, and disaster recovery services, coordinating with Valley IT, management, vendors, and external advisors, and assisting with the evaluation and implementation of new technologies. The IT Associate also supports ongoing efforts to improve IT processes, enhance cybersecurity awareness, and ensure technology solutions align with DV's operational objectives. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Onsite troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support for business‑critical software platforms, including Great Plains (our accounting software) and other operational systems. Assisting with the implementation, testing, and ongoing support of IT initiatives and technology projects that improve business efficiency, security, and scalability. Equipment setup, deployment, and lifecycle maintenance for laptops, monitors, and other technology assets. Providing timely onsite technical support for Phoenix‑based staff, including issue diagnosis, resolution, and end‑user training. Supporting user account administration, access management, and coordination of onboarding and offboarding activities. Partnering with departments across the organization to identify technology needs and implement practical solutions that support business objectives. Assisting with office technology infrastructure, including conference room equipment, printers, network connectivity, and telecommunications systems. Coordinating with third‑party vendors and service providers. Required Skills Knowledge of desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral support, including hardware and software diagnostics and issue resolution, enterprise software platforms, including accounting and ERP systems and other business‑critical applications. Skill in identifying root causes, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing effective solutions with minimal disruption to operations. Skill in providing responsive, professional onsite support and building positive relationships with users at all organizational levels. Knowledge of user account administration, access provisioning and deprovisioning, permissions management, and identity management processes. Skill in configuring, deploying, maintaining, and tracking laptops, monitors, printers, and other technology assets throughout their lifecycle. Knowledge of networking fundamentals, connectivity troubleshooting, telecommunications systems, and office technology infrastructure. Skill in supporting technology projects through planning, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing maintenance activities. Skill in communicating technical concepts to non‑technical users, delivering training, and creating clear documentation and instructions. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to support business and technology needs. Ability to manage multiple priorities, support requests, and project deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail. Ability to quickly learn new technologies, adapt to changing business requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
